Lahore Qalandars' star bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi broke the camera of his side's digital team during a training session on Thursday.
During Shaheen Afridi's bowling in the nets, the ball hit the camera. The left-arm pacer was bowling to Kamran Ghulam and the delivery to the all-rounder swung and hit the camera.
The fiery delivery broke the lens of the camera.
Later, Shaheen posed for pictures with the broken camera.
The Shaheen-led Lahore Qalandars will take on Karachi Kings in their second match of the eighth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) on February 19.
It should be mentioned here that, earlier, a similar incident happened in Islamabad United's camp when Faheem Ashraf shattered a bus window during a practice session.
A massive shot by the all-rounder broke the window of a bus, which belonged to Sindh Police’s Special Security Unit (SSU), near the practice area at the National Bank Cricket Arena in Karachi.
The incident took place during Islamabad United’s training session on Tuesday.
The bus, which is used to monitor security arrangements, was moved away from the practice area after the incident.
It is worth mentioning here that the defending champions beat Multan Sultans in the opening match of the eighth edition of the PSL 8.
Put to bat first, Lahore posted a competitive target of 176 runs before restricting the opponent to 174 runs in 20 overs, thanks to Fakhar Zaman's half-century and Zaman Khan's magnificent last over.
The left-handed batter Fakhar smashed 66 runs off 42 balls, which included three boundaries and five maximums, while young Zaman defended 15 runs in the last over to win the match for his side and start the title defence on a high note.
The Qalandars are attempting to become the first side to win back-to-back PSL titles.
